Come spin with us. Starting 07NOV23 we will be indoors Monday through Thursday 1830. Come inside during inclement weather: snow, rain, heat. We have training plans to suit everyone from beginner to advanced, with video of local rides, music and ways to distract from the suffering

Rent bicycles for the whole family. Explore the trails. Have a picnic. From 0700 Saturday and Sunday morning find us outside at the entrance to the park. Prices start at $10 / hour

Throughout the week rentals are available inside. Ride the lake during lunch. Come after work to blow off some steam. 

You are not limited to the lake. There are two other trail courses nearby. And you are not limited to trails. We offer multiple styles: road, mountain, commute, fat tire and soon e-bikes
